Lovely room with excellent accommodations and price. Agostino, one of the managers, gave us a great restaurant recommendation and treated us like we were, well, family. It was quiet, comfortable, in a great location near the train station and the last drop off for the Grand Canal vaporetto. I couldn't have been happier with the service and it's the only hotel I'd consider when I return.
What an amazing hotel. I will recommend to anyone looking for a great 3 star hotel in Venice. 5 stars for a good 3 star hotel. Incredibly friendly and helpful concierge, with fantastic excursion and restaurant recommendations. Very close walking distance (with luggage) to the Venezia S.Lucia station, and very close to a main Vaparetto station. Nice fresh croissants and cappuccino & fruit juice with a selection of breads,cereals, jam and cheese. Clean, comfortable, decent sized rooms.
